In 2003 I have built a new kitchen and a  brand new utility room.  I moved the boiler front the front of the house to the rear of the house. I removed an old garage that had been stood for 38 years.  I bought a good trailer from a nice departed neighbour Terry Fields  (passed away Nov 07)where I  removed all the rubble to the quarry myself.  That helped me get fit. and saved me allot of money doing my own rubbish removal.  Most stuff burns as well like wood. always a good point if you want to save money.

To Help the fact I needed to store stuff,  I built a summer shed which is now with my cousin as  I don't need it.

2004 I decided to do the front room, hall way, stairs, fit a bath and move the toilet and door around, do my bedroom.  Not allot of work then... Did this in 3 months, fitting new ceilings and coving, replacing all the light fittings and plugs.  Plastering every floor and walls. Fitting  anew faire place  Also taking out the windows above the doors upstairs.  All electrical cables for every room had to be fitted into the wall so did all the power points. I also fitted a false ceiling to the stair case as I hate that dead space. To finish the house had new carpets fitted. All of this was done just before Xmas 04

Thanks to Terry T who fitted all my new doors for me, he was a great help as all ways, also a big thanks to mum and dad who advised me on things and of course made me loads of food and looked after tiny when it got real dusty and dirty.

The house this year (2007) has gone private and security mad.  I fitted ADT alarm system which protects from fire as well.  I also fitted a digital CCTV system into the house.  The back garden now has been re-done for the second time.  I have no grass, its land scraped with water features, decking, lights and sitting areas.  I am real pleased with it as it has some great every green and seasonal plants in the garden so next year it will look real pretty.

The gym is now in full use and I often have mates around to work out with.  The gym has Virgin out there and is fully wired up with its own circuit.  Its insulated and very cute to use. I am very proud of it as its big and I never have built any thing  like this before.

As tiny my dog died in Feb 07  I buried her in the front garden, so I built more fencing and built a new garden just for her.  I do miss her loads... bless her.  I always do allot work on the gardens and I love it when people like what i done as  I have a different eye to most when it comes to these things.

Next year for 2008 I plan to built the front porch which will be 3.2M's by 1.8Ms so it will be large.  It will have loads of windows in it.  I will also do all the guttering and do the outside of the house.  Steve creamer wants to render it for me and he's dam good to. He's A++ Plastering and self employed.

Currently building a car port on the side of the garage for a spare car or my boat.
